The Institute of Chartered Accountancy of India (ICAI) asked students to take the exam with a consent form signed by their parents. Additionally, when downloading the July CA Exam Admission Cards, applicants will be required to provide consent to follow the guidelines suggested by the ICAI. This comes after the students request the postponement of the exam.

“While the admission card will be printed online, applicants must give their consent to follow various guidelines issued by government authorities as well as by the ICAI. They must also commit to taking this exam with the full consent and permission of their parents / guardians, ”ICAI said in its official statement.

Other candidates with a higher fever than usual will not be allowed to enter the examination center. “Candidates and other officials with a body temperature above the prescribed limit will not be allowed to enter the examination center. However, their file will be maintained “, we can read in the official notice.

The ICAI released the guidelines for conducting the cA exams in July 2021. The ICAI says it has set up examination centers in 192 districts to ensure that candidates do not have to travel for the exams. The ICAI said in the official statement: “Adequate measures are taken for the safety of all without compromising high standards, sanctity and fairness in the conduct of the examination.”

While the candidate was asked to wear his own mask, his own bottle of water and also a 50/100 ml bottle of disinfectant; exam centers will ensure the superintendent keeps masks for candidate (s) who state they need a face mask or if the mask malfunctions during an exam appearance, said the ‘ICAI.

Wearing masks, gloves, social distancing and disinfection of examination centers will be mandatory. Students will be allowed to leave the examination center from 5 p.m. in a staggered manner, maintaining an appropriate time difference between the exit of candidates from two rooms, in accordance with the guidelines published by the ICAI. All exam staff must have “No risk” status in the Aarogya Setu app installed on their mobile. According to the rules, the entry time of candidates is one hour before the exam and the report time cannot be later than the exam time.

“As an exception due to the precautions related to COVID -19, candidates will be allowed to leave the examination center from 4:00 p.m. and entry to the examination center will be authorized from 1:00 p.m. for the July 2021 exam. “said ICAI.
